Regarding payment issues

1,After your waybill is packaged, you need to first complete real name authentication by going to the security center on the settings pageAfterwards, you can click on 'pay' in the waybill list to directly make online payments. Currently, we only support Paypal and Alipay for online payment.


2,Visa card or master card payment needs to be made through paypal platform.


3Wechat transfer, bank transfer and Western Union remittance are offline recharge services. When you choose to use offline recharge, you need to click the QR code or the red font below the account information to submit the remittance record after completing the transfer.

If you don't submit the remittance record, we won't know the source of the money accurately, and we won't be able to recharge it to your account center in time.



4When you transfer money from overseas to our bank account, please pay attention to several important information: First, please do not directly transfer RMB, only US dollars or the currency of your country. After receiving the money, China Bank will convert it into RMB and recharge it in our bank account. If the currency you transfer is CNY(RMB), the bank will not allow the money to enter our bank account, and the money will be returned to the remitter. Second, please try not to comment on business information. Because our bank account is a private account, once you comment on business information, the bank will ask us to provide information such as the source of funds. Even if we submit it, the bank may not pass the examination. Once the bank thinks that the information is incomplete, the money will be returned to the remitter by the bank.
