Can i cancel package application？

You can cancel this request at any time before warehouse staff process your application, but once we have started or completed this operation, package application will not be canceled online, if you meet some urgent problems and need to cancel package application, please contact our customer services via live chat or email.

We don't charge on packing, However each time combined package requires staff time and loss of packing materials, so each package has only have one opportunity to reprocess for free, please carefully submit your consolidate order to avoid charges.
