AIOExpress provides services for you that are subject to the following Terms of Service,which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. AIOExpress recommends that you review this page from time to time to note any changes. If you visitor order from AIOExpress, you are accepting these terms. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future AIOExpress serviceor business, you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to such service or business.

AIOExpress may require additional information to provide our service, such as a shop name,billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number,credit card information), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address.Theinformation you submit through the application processes willnot be displayed publicly and will only be used internally by AIOExpress unless otherwise specified.
Onoccasion, AIOExpress will contact you. Primarily, these messages are deliveredby email or by push notifications, and every account is required to keep avalid email address on file to receive messages.
3.GENERAL PROHIBITIONS
As a condition to your use of the Service, you agree not to:
1.Upload,post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful,harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar,obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially,ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

If you do so and are caught you will beimmediately banned.
3.Upload,post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed tointerrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software orhardware or telecommunications equipment;
4.Upload,post, email or transmit any content: (i) that you do not have the lawful rightto copy, transmit, distribute, and display; (ii) for which you do not have theconsent or permission of each identifiable person in the contents to use thename, voice, signature, photograph, or likeness of each such person; (iii) that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or violates theprivacy rights of any third party (including without limitation copyright,trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, or moralright or right of publicity); (iv) that is false or misleading; (v) that isdefamatory; (vi) that is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (vii) that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group; or(viii) that violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability;
5.Harm orthreaten to harm other users in any way or interfere with, or attempt tointerfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, ormail-bombing the Service;
6.Impersonateor misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
AIOExpress will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above, including without limitation possible infringement of any intellectualproperty rights and possible security breaches, to the fullest extent of thelaw. AIOExpress may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities inprosecuting users who violate this Agreement. You acknowledge that, although AIOExpress has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Service, it has the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Service, to ensure your compliance with this Agreement, or to comply with applicable law or the orderor requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body. AIOExpress reserves the right at all times to disclose, in its sole discretion, any User Files as necessary to (a) satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental requestor (b) reduce or prevent what AIOExpress considers to be, in its solediscretion, a serious or imminent threat to your health or safety, or the health or safety of another.
4.Warehousing and Deposition
AIOExpress store the package according tomembership level. We reserve the right to discard the product above the shelflife and arrears. We also reserve the right to reject the packages In violationof our regulations. If we find illegal goods, such as drugs, guns, artifacts ,we will inform the police at the firsttime.
5.International Delivery
We handle the package in accordance with the user's instructions. If the goods isfragile, please notify in advance.Forthe loss caused by the user's negligence, we do not assume any responsibility.Delivery time refers to the working day,excluding weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for the delay due to the following conditions:
1.Error information and unknown address provided by the user.
2.No sign for the goods after delivery.
3.Refuse to pay duties.
4.Uncontrollable factors such as wars, natural disaster and trafficmanagement

Allcontent included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is theproperty of AIOExpress or its content suppliers and protected by The People’s Republic of China and international copyright laws. The compilation of allcontent on this site is the exclusive property of AIOExpress and protected by ThePeople’s Republic of China and international copyright laws. All software usedon this site is the property of AIOExpress or its software suppliers and protected by The People’s Republic of China and international copyright laws.
7.Compensation and Liability Exclusion
1.AIOExpresscan purchase on behalf of you.If shopping sites have problems as a result that we can not complete the purchasing for you, we do not assume any responsibility.
2.If the problems appeared in the process of delivery(such asmissing, shortage or damage),pleasecontact customer service. To apply for compensation, please provide yourshopping vouchers.Our compensation is up to $ 100. For the loss caused by the user's negligence, we do not assume any responsibility.
3.The transport methods we provide is for reference only. AIOExpress is not responsiblefor the delay due to logistics companies and other uncontrollable factors (such as weather, customs, holidays, etc.). For the problem caused by the delay, wedo not bear joint and several liability.
4.we can not purchase the following things for you: fakes, tobacco,alcohol and other illegal things. If these things purchased by yourself are seized by customs, you must face the consequences on your own.
5.The user will have the right to get the rebate after successful registration.If the new user go to our website by the links you publish, AIOExpress will give you some rebate. Users can not click on a link with a false identity to defraud the rebate. We will confirm identity through a variety of means.If the false behavior is found, you must suffer the consequences by yourself.
8.MODIFICATIONS AND SEVERABILITY
AIOExpress reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affectthe validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. By visiting AIOExpress, you agree that the laws of The People’s Republic of China,without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AIOExpress.
