What is special request?

Special request is an extra service we do for your goods. Normally, we take one photo for all the incoming package.However,we are also glad to do for you if you have other requests as below:

• Extra photos： If you want more photos of your good in several angle, you should specify how we take photo for you.

• Surface inspection： We can check whether or not your package is in good shape.

• Split into multiple package： We will record separately each item into your account.

• Electronics device inspection： We can turn on your electronics to check whether or not it works normally.

• Quantity check： We can count the number of items in your package. But max 100 pcs.
