New policy about collecting COD incoming package

Dear customers:
Please be informed that we can no longer accept COD(cash on delivery) incoming package automatically,you need to contact us prior ship COD package to our warehouse,otherwise we will refuse your package, because we found some fraud recently,they will not admit package when we received them, that was confused us a lot. Therefore, we made a new policy to avoid that phenomenon occur again.
